Omnara is privately held, with a small number of interests held over the long term.

Each is overseen directly. The people at the centre of the group are the same people making decisions inside the businesses themselves — from the direction each takes to the arrangements that fund it.

Those businesses keep their own identities and their own operations; what they share is experience, resources and a standard of judgement.

That closeness is deliberate. It is why our commitments are few, and why each is chosen as much for the people involved as for the proposition itself.
